How do you get there? You need to take time for yourself. Once a month, take 60 minutes out of your busy schedule and have some “me” time. Discover what makes you feel amazing and do it. Whether it is a Swedish massage, a deep tissue, or maybe a raindrop therapy session. Find what makes you happy and relax. By having some “me” time you will find you will have a more balanced life.
I have worked in several different environments offering massage services such as a fitness center, spa, hospice, a chiropractor, and a wellness center. I am passionate about helping my clients and I want to make sure that they are pain-free.
